Every team gets a character
A different salary, different commitments, a different starting line.
Life starts throwing things at them
Rent, a loan payment, a broken washing machine, a layoff. Every round needs a decision.
At the end we add it up
We go through who ended up where and why. That is where it usually clicks.
Why a game
They live it, not hear it
“Watch out for loans” lands on nobody. A payment eating half their salary does.
Even the back row joins in
They play in teams and compete. Sitting it out is hard.
More of it sticks
People remember their own decisions better than someone else’s advice.
